The panellists will provide insights into the evolution of voluntary carbon markets, carbon finance, and the relevance of international dispute resolution from in-house, private practice, and investment advisory perspectives.

Nicola, a senior associate in the Washington, DC office, practises in all aspects of international dispute resolution. Her experience includes international commercial and investment treaty arbitration, as well arbitration under the UN Convention on the Law of the Sea and proceedings before the International Court of Justice. She also advises and represents parties in arbitration-related court matters, including before the UK Supreme Court.
