Zach Mollengarden delivers lecture on “regulatory chill” at Lyon Catholic University

Events 29th March 2023

Zach Mollengarden delivered a lecture on “regulatory chill” hosted by the Faculty of Law at Lyon Catholic University on Friday 24 March.

Zach discussed the merits of claims that investor-state disputes lead to “regulatory chill” and, if this represents a valid concern, how a “chilling” effect may impact domestic and international initiatives to reduce global warming.

The lecture addressed students enrolled in the University’s LLM program on European and International Trade & Investment Law.
