Kathryn Khamsi co-authored the “The Argentine Crisis and Foreign Investors: A Glimpse into the Heart of the Investment Regime” chapter with José E. Alvarez in the 2008–2009 edition of Yearbook on International Investment Law & Policy, published by Oxford University Press.
