Three Crowns is co-hosting a conference on “Arbitration & Asia: opportunities and challenges” on 29 January. Over the course of two panels the conference will take stock of issues arising in Asia-related arbitration, and the evolving international infrastructure for the resolution of Asia-related disputes.
The first panel will address the current state and future of International Commercial Arbitration in Asia with the second panel discussing the state and future of Investor-State Arbitration in Asia. Three Crowns speakers include partners Gaetan Verhoosel, Reza Mohtashami QC and Manish Aggarwal.
The event is co-organised with Fangda Partners and 39 Essex Chambers and supported by Arbitration Chambers (Hong Kong / London), ICC YAF, AFIA, BIICL, CIETAC, the Hong Kong Arbitration Center and Queen Mary University of London.
