The Legal 500 notes that Gaëtan is “an expert in commercial and treaty arbitrations involving power, renewables, banking, infrastructure, and oil and gas ”. Gaëtan has served as advocate and as arbitrator in numerous commercial and investment treaty arbitrations where significant financial recoveries were at stake or novel legal issues were raised. He is a member of the SIAC Court of Arbitration and was appointed to the ICSID Panel of Arbitrators by the Kingdom of Belgium.
