On International Women’s Day 2021, we celebrate the women of Three Crowns and all those in the field of international arbitration who identify as women. International Women’s Day is a chance to acknowledge the progress that has been made towards gender parity, recognise women’s achievements, and focus greater attention on the ongoing fight for women’s rights and gender equality across the world. From partners to support staff, Three Crowns wouldn’t be able to serve our clients and the international arbitration community without the women of the firm.
Georgios Petrochilos, a partner in the Paris office, notes that “International Women’s Day is an opportunity to celebrate the women across the firm and around the world. At Three Crowns, we particularly celebrate the significant contributions that women have made and continue to make to the firm, to our clients, and to the international arbitration community.”
Liz Snodgrass, a partner in the Washington, DC office says “[a]t Three Crowns, we recognise that international arbitration is a team sport and that our people are our most precious resource. We are committed to making our world-leading international arbitration practice the best possible place for professionals from all around the world to develop their talents, whatever their gender. Fostering an inclusive workplace and celebrating diversity is a key part of our people strategy, and International Women’s Day is a great chance to pause and celebrate female colleagues who inspire us to work towards that shared ideal.”
