Simon Elliot will speak on a panel titled “Crisis Management in an Era of Fraud” at the Asia Pacific (APAC) Legal Congress 2025 in Singapore. The congress is organised by Singapore Corporate Counsel Association (SCCA).
The session will share perspectives on the tough choices organisations face when dealing with cybercriminals and how to manage such crises. It will also provide a comprehensive checklist for in-house counsel, ensuring they are prepared to manage the legal and operational aspects of a fraud crisis.
