Simon Consedine will speak on a panel, “Causation in ISDS arbitration: What is the proper causation inquiry under international law? What must a claimant prove in terms of liability and damages?” as part of Washington Arbitration Week.
The panel will take place in Washington, DC at the offices of Steptoe on Tuesday 3 December from 2:30 pm to 3:45 pm EST. Simon will speak alongside Chloe Baldwin (Steptoe), and Christopher Goncalves (BRG), with Charles (“Chip”) B. Rosenberg (Squire Patton Boggs) moderating the panel.
