Simon Consedine has co-authored a chapter in International Arbitration in Practice, an important new collection edited by Courtney Lotfi, Alicja Zielinska-Eisen and Verónica Sandler Obregón, and published by Wolters Kluwer. The book brings together leading voices in international arbitration to provide guidance on the principal stages of real-world international arbitration.
Simon, alongside Jean-Paul Dechamps of Dechamps Law, has co-authored the chapter ‘Post-Hearing Briefs’, which explores the key strategic issues that clients and counsel need to consider when deciding whether to seek post-hearing briefs and how counsel can make best use of those briefs to advance their client’s case, in what will often be the final submission that the arbitral tribunal reads before rendering its award.
