Shaparak Saleh to speak at “French Courts as ISDS Lawmakers” panel during Paris Arbitration Week 2024

Shaparak Saleh will speak at a panel on the topic “French Courts as ISDS Lawmakers” hosted by Laborde Law as part of Paris Arbitration Week 2024

Panellists will discuss questions related to the development of ISDS case law, trends and annulment rate, case law on jurisdictional issues and issues of public policy, as well as provide a review of landmark cases.

Shaparak will speak alongside Luca de Maria (PMG Avocats) and Raphaël Kaminsky (Teynier Pic) on the panel, which will be moderated by Gustavo Laborde (Laborde Law).

The event will take place in-person, or online via zoom, on Wednesday 20 March from 2:30 pm to 7:00 pm at the Hôtel Plaza Athénée.
