Richard Trinick to moderate Young EFILA debate on “What is the most significant decision from the first 1,000 ICSID cases?”

Richard Trinick will moderate a debate on “What is the most significant decision from the first 1,000 ICSID cases?”, hosted by Young EFILA (European Federation for Investment Law and Arbitration).

Richard will moderate a panel comprising Scott Macpherson (Hogan Lovells), Ana Martinez Valls (Baker Botts), Isabela Lacreta (Mayer Brown), and Mark McCloskey (Debevoise & Plimpton), who will present and defend their choice of the most significant decision from the first 1,000 ICSID cases.

The debate will be held on Tuesday 26 November from 9:15am to 10:15am, at Clyde & Co’s offices in London.
