Three Crowns partner Reza Mohtashami QC will be speaking on a panel as part of Dubai Arbitration Week on Monday 12 November.  The panel will be considering the recently adopted UAE Federal Arbitration Law and its impact;  drawing on perspectives of arbitrators, international practitioners, and discussing how local courts have been interpreting the law in its first five months.
