Reza Mohtashami QC will co-chair the GAR Live: Istanbul 2022 conference with Can Yeginsu of 3 Verulam Buildings, hosted by Global Arbitration Review.

The panellists will address the ongoing duty of impartiality, avoiding experts becoming ships that pass in the night, and tribunal appointed experts and joint-expert teams. They will also explore whether there is a greater role for professional bodies to play in regulating experts and expert evidence on foreign law.
The conference will take place on Thursday 23 June at Ciragan Palace Kempinski, Istanbul, Turkey from 9:00am to 5:25pm TRT, and will be followed by a drinks reception.
