Reza Mohtashami KC will speak on two panels during Dubai Arbitration Week 2024. The first panel hosted by Morgan Lewis Co and Delos Dispute Resolution titled, “Shifting Sands: Arbitration in Times of Crisis”, will examine arbitration’s critical role during times of crisis and discuss shifting trends in arbitration, the strategic importance of crisis-related disputes for the modern GCs and innovation within arbitration.
Reza will speak alongside Sara K. Aranjo (Morgan Lewis), Hafez R. Virjee (Delos), Katriina Kusiniemi (Dubai Holding), and Isaiah Bosimo SAN (Broderick Bozimo).

The second panel Co-hosted by Osborne Partners and Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co titled, “Decoding M&A and Shareholder Disputes – A Discussion on Key Legal and Quantum Issues” will cover the common types of entry- and exit-level disputes, remedies available, valuation considerations and strategic advice.
Reza will speak alongside Pallavi Shroff (Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co.), Amba Prasad (Larsen & Toubro), Benjamin Williams (King & Spalding), Chatura Randeniya (Afridi & Angell), and Montek Mayal (Osborne Partners).
