Leilah Bruton will speak at the “States as first class citizens? Special treatment for States in international disputes” event as part of London International Disputes Week.
Leilah will feature as a panellist on the “State involvement in international arbitration” panel and will address the particular issues that arise in the context of claims involving two “competing” governments.
The event will take place on Friday 13 May from 11:00am to 1:00pm BST at White & Case’s London office and online.
