Kimberly Larkin and Julia Sherman to present at the ICDR Y&I seminar “The Future of International Arbitration: A Discussion with the Rising Stars”

Kimberly Larkin and Julia Sherman will discuss discovery for use in a proceeding in a foreign or international tribunal and the future of section 1782 at the seminar, “The Future of International Arbitration: A Discussion with the Rising Stars”.

The event, hosted by the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR)’s Young & International Group, will take place on Wednesday 27 April at 2:00pm BST / 9:00am ET.
