Kathryn Khamsi will be speaking on the “Retiring the Redfern Schedule: Document Production and the Need for New Models” panel at the 41st ICC Institute Annual Conference.
Kathryn will be examining the use of technology to improve the speed and efficiency of document production and whether the use of artificial intelligence in document production requires a fundamental rethink. As part of this, she will also be contributing an article to the 19th ICC Institute Dossier covering this subject matter.
The theme of this year’s conference is “Rethinking the Paradigms of International Arbitration” and panellists will be exploring the use of technology and increasing efficiency in international arbitration.
The conference, which will take place at the Les Salons de L’Aéro-Club de France in Paris, will be on Monday 29 November. The session on document production will be from 11:40am – 12:25pm CET (GMT + 1).
