Kathryn Khamsi and Ilija Mitrev Penushliski to speak at Azerbaijan Arbitration Days 2024

Kathryn Khamsi and Ilija Mitrev Penushliski will moderate two panels at the “Azerbaijan Arbitration Days 2024 – Connecting the regions” in Baku, hosted by the Azerbaijan Arbitration Association. Three Crowns is proud to be a sponsor for the inaugural edition of the conference.

Ilija will moderate a panel on the topic “Arbitrating Gas/LNG and Electricity Pricing Disputes”, which will feature panellists Anthony Way (TWCOG), Ayxan Asadov (Bureau 28a), Değer Boden (Boden Law), and Phillip Solomon (BRG). The panel will take place on Thursday 25 April from 4:45 pm to 6:00 pm.

Kathryn will moderate the “Upstream Disputes in the Extractive Sector” panel, which will take place on Friday 26 April from 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm. Kathryn will be joined by Nurlan Mustafayev (State Oil Company of Republic of Azerbaijan – SOCAR), Doğan Eymirlioglu ( Dentons), and Zhanna Temirbayeva (Ankura).

The conference will be held from Thursday 25 April to Friday 26 April in Baku.
