Joshua Coates-Paliès will speak at the ASA below 40 Fall Seminar 2024, hosted by the Swiss Arbitration Association. The theme of the conference is “The price is right! – Pricing in International Arbitration”.
Joshua will participate in the panel titled, “Innovative pricing, yes – but please don’t get yourself disbarred”, alongside Sophia Deuchert (Schellenberg Wittmer), Pierre-Yves Marro (Quinn Emanuel), and Amélie Oppliger (Peter & Kim).
The conference will take place on Friday 18 October at the Dolder Grand in Zurich, Switzerland.

Joshua is based in the London office and focuses on all aspects of international arbitration. He has experience across a variety of institutional rules and industry sectors including energy, construction, aviation and transport, and life sciences and pharmaceuticals. He has also spent time on secondment with an energy super major’s downstream legal team. Joshua has been listed as a “key lawyer” by The Legal 500 for international arbitration.
