Jeff Yiu will speak at a panel on “Utilising Novel Technologies in the Enforcement of Digital and Physical Assets” at The International Arbitration and Enforcement Forum 2024, hosted by Thought Leaders 4 Disputes.
Jeff will speak on the panel alongside Hinesh Shah (Pinsent Masons), Katia Finkel (Eversheds Sutherland), and Alexander Shirtcliff (Blake Morgan). Panellists will discuss the use of crypto and digital assets and how technology can assist and speed up the enforcement process.

Jeff is a senior associate in the London office. He has represented governments, state-owned enterprises, and multinational corporations in investment treaty and commercial disputes under all major arbitral rules, with particular expertise in the energy and natural resources, technology, and financial services sectors.
