Ilija Mitrev Penushliski will speak on the “Arbitration: renewed perspective for the counsels and their companies in the region” panel at the three-day Regional Legal Business Forum, hosted by the Macedonian Association of Corporate Lawyers in cooperation with Udruženje Kompanijski Pravnika (UKP).
In this panel, Ilija will discuss why arbitration is growing in the region, what expectations external counsel has of in-house counsel, and how to avoid pitfalls in drafting an arbitration agreement.
