Publications 9th April 2025

Georgios Petrochilos KC, a partner in the Paris office of Three Crowns LLP, and Nicola Peart, International Counsel in the Washington, D.C. office, have co-authored a chapter in International Arbitration in Practice, an important new collection edited by Courtney Lotfi, Alicja Zielinska-Eisen and Verónica Sandler Obregón, and published by Wolters Kluwer. This book brings together leading voices in international arbitration to provide guidance on the principal stages of real-world international arbitration.

The chapter, titled ‘Policing Corruption in International Arbitration’, presents a practice-focused series of observations on how practitioners can identify and address corruption as it arises in international arbitration, along with practical guidance on issues that may warrant further consideration in each context.
