Farouk El-Hosseny will speak at a seminar on the topic “Full Protection and Security in International Investment Law: Old and New Challenges”, hosted by the International Law Association – Italy Branch (ILA Italy). The session is the next installment in ILA Italy’s “International Law in Practice” seminar series.
Farouk will speak alongside Anna Biasiolo (BonelliErede) and Laura Rees-Evans (Fietta LLP) on a panel moderated by Maria-Chiara Malaguti (UNIDROIT – International Institute for the Unification of Private Law). The event will also feature Prof. Ludovica Chiussi Curzi and Prof. Attila M. Tanzi of the University of Bologna (Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna) who will deliver opening and closing remarks respectively.
The seminar will take place on Monday 13 May from 1.45pm to 2:45pm CET at the University of Bologna. The session is open to members of the ILA Italy.
