Borja Pérez-Puente will speak on a panel, “New trends on confidentiality in international arbitration: where are we heading to?”, at the IBA Arb40 Symposium during the 2024 IBA Annual Conference. The panel will take place in Mexico City on 15 September and he will speak alongside Amr Omran (Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer), and Marianella Ventura (Arbitration Centre of the Lima Chamber of Commerce). The panel will be moderated by Amir Farhadi (Foley Hoag) will be moderating the panel.
