Agustin Garcia Sanz will speak at a panel discussion on “State Reform: Modernization of administrative procedure, public employment, and dispute resolution in government contracts” organized by the Argentine Attorney General’s Office.
The panel will take place on 4 December from 11:45 am to 1:00 pm at the Auditorium Hall of the Banco de la Nación Argentina, located at Rivadavia 325, 1st floor, Buenos Aires.

Agustin is a partner in the Madrid office. He has been trained in the civil law and common law traditions and has extensive experience of both international commercial and investment treaty arbitration.
