Agustin G. Sanz to speak on “Fraud in international arbitration: a LATAM perspective” panel at the LATAP EU Annual Conference

Agustin G. Sanz will speak at a panel on “Fraud in international arbitration: a LATAM perspective”, as part of the Latin American Arbitration Practitioners EU (LATAP EU) Annual Conference.

The session will feature Agustin, along with Carla Ximena Cervantes Escamilla, José Luis Prieto Bermejo, Matthieu de Boisséson, and María del Pilar Álvarez.

The conference will take place on Sunday 25 September 2024, at the Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer offices in Paris, with Agustin’s panel taking place from 3:00pm to 4:30pm.

Agustin is a partner in the Madrid office.
