Microsoft has recognized Three Crowns, among other industry-leading “agents of change,” for enhancing productivity and “bending the curve on innovation” in its secure deployment and widespread use of Copilot.

In September 2024, following rigorous testing, the firm deployed Microsoft Copilot across its legal and business services teams. Previously, lawyers spent considerable time searching through archived emails and documents. Three Crowns saw AI as a time-saving solution, but only if it conformed to the firm’s strict information security standards.

Copilot has enabled the firm to introduce reliable secure natural language searching across the Outlook, Teams, and Word environments, among others, resulting in measurable productivity gains. Early internal communication and thoughtful training facilitated widespread adoption among 3C team members. As noted in the Microsoft recognition, the result is value being delivered more efficiently to the firm’s clients.
