Luke Sobota will speak on a panel titled “Screening of “The Tribunal” and Panel Discussion on ISDS” organized by Singapore VYAP. There will be a screening of the 28-minute documentary “The Tribunal” followed by a 40-minute panel discussion on Investor-State Dispute Settlement (“ISDS”).
Luke will speak alongside Sarah Grimmer (Twenty Essex) and Hanna Azkiya (King & Spalding LLP), and will be moderated by Sunita P. Advani (Arbitral Assistant to Mr Michael Lee of Twenty Essex; Founder and Chair of SG VYAP). The panel will take place Thursday August 29, 2024 from 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm at Twenty Essex Singapore.

ABOUT LUKE SOBOTA
A founding partner of Three Crowns, Luke represents private and sovereign clients in some of their largest and most important commercial, investor-State, and inter-State arbitrations, including the successful prosecution of one of the largest ICC cases in history.
