Daryl Chew to deliver the opening address at the seminar “Challenging Fundamental Notions of International Arbitration”

Daryl Chew will deliver the opening address alongside Prof. Franco Ferrari (Clarence D. Ashley Professor of Law and Director, Center for Transnational Litigation, Arbitration, and Commercial Law, NYU School of Law) and Mr. Kevin Nash (Registrar, SIAC) at the seminar “Challenging Fundamental Notions of International Arbitration”, jointly organised by SIAC and the New York University School of Law.

Participants will explore the fundamental features of international arbitration and the extent to which their commonly understood role corresponds to reality and is justified from a theoretical perspective.

The seminar will take place on Thursday 25 January 2024 at 2:00-6:00pm SGT at Maxwell Chambers, Singapore.
