Three Crowns to host “Arbitrating the Energy Life Cycle” panel as part of AAW 2023

Three Crowns will host a session on “Arbitrating the Energy Life Cycle: Insights for Construction, Gas Pricing, and Transition Disputes” as part of Australian Arbitration Week (AAW) 2023, which is organised by the Australian Centre of International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA).

Todd Wetmore, Simon Elliot, and Penny Martin will share insights from disputes relating to energy infrastructure, gas pricing and trading, and decommissioning and transition, mapping the trigger points for disputes and how innovative approaches to arbitration can resolve these disputes efficiently.

The panel will take place on Wednesday 11 October from 4:00pm to 5:00pm at the InterContinental Perth, and will be followed by a cocktail reception.

ABOUT TODD WETMORE

Todd Wetmore, a founding partner of Three Crowns, is based in Paris, where he has handled complex international commercial arbitration cases for over 25 years. Her primary focus has been on energy-related disputes, including disputes relating to long-term oil and gas agreements (including environmental, abandonment and decommissioning, and cost recovery issues), renewable energy, gas pricing, licensing, and intellectual property.
