Georgios Petrochilos KC, a partner in the Paris office of Three Crowns, has spoken to CDR about Greece’s new law on international arbitration, which he has previously described, in the ICC Bulletin, as “the UNCITRAL Model Law 2006 on steroids.” Georgios had a pivotal role in the initiative for overhauling the Greek legal regime and in developing the new statute.
