Shaparak Saleh will speak at a conference on the topic of “Comparing Swiss vs French Seats of Arbitration: Scope of judicial review of awards and arbitrators’ duty of disclosure”, hosted by the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA) and the Swiss Arbitration Centre (SAC) as part of Paris Arbitration Week 2023. Shaparak will discuss the issue of how the French courts assess the scope of judicial review of awards.
The event, to be held in French, will take place on Wednesday 29 March from 8:30 to 10:30 am CET in the Hotel Alfred Sommier, Paris.
