As part of Paris Arbitration Week 2023, Three Crowns will host a conference on the topic of “Belokon, Sorelec and co – What to do now? The new French approach to international public policy violations from the perspectives of arbitrators, counsel and institutions”.
The event will gather arbitrators, counsel, and academics to analyse the recent expansion of judicial review of awards by the French courts for international public policy violations and its likely impact on their respective roles. Shaparak Saleh and Etienne Vimal du Monteil will be speaking.
The hybrid event will take place on Thursday 30 March from 4:00 to 5:30 pm CET at the Hôtel Fouquet’s, Paris and will be livestreamed via zoom. Registration is available for online participation.

Shaparak is a partner in the Paris office.
