Todd Wetmore will speak on the “Energy Market & Disputes in an Almost Post-Covid World” panel at the 11th Asia-Pacific ADR Virtual Conference as part of Seoul ADR Festival.
The panellists will explore disputes across the full spectrum of the energy industry, from traditional oil and gas projects to renewables and climate change, and the implications of ESG concerns. They will also look at investor-State disputes on climate issues, including “green” measures affecting investments in fossil fuels.
Leading experts around the world will gather virtually to discuss recent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) issues and share their insights with the theme, “Solidarity for Recovery: Resilience, Restoration, Recalibration”. The conference is hosted by KCAB International in association with The United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), the Ministry of Justice Korea, the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), and Seoul International Dispute Resolution Centre.
The event will take place from Wednesday 9 November and Thursday 10 November.
