Georgios Petrochilos KC to speak at International Arbitration and Risk Management Course

Georgios Petrochilos KC will speak on “Investment arbitration and treaty shopping: defining the architecture of a foreign investment in light of protections offered by international treaties” as part of the International Arbitration and Risk Management course, provided by SDA Bocconi School of Management.

Georgios will address how to plan foreign direct investments in order to enhance the protections offered to investors by different treaties.

The three-day course is aimed at in-house counsel, project managers, professionals, and private practitioners who wish to further their knowledge on how to effectively manage cross-border disputes and assess the risks and opportunities.

The course, which will be in English, will take place from Wednesday 9 November to Friday 11 November at the Bocconi School of Management in Milan, Italy.
