Ridhi Kabra to speak at Workshop on EU Law and Investment Arbitration

Publications 4th October 2022

Ridhi Kabra will speak at the Workshop on EU Law and Investment Arbitration, hosted by King’s College London and Paris Panthéon Assas University.

Ridhi will act as discussant on the “Actors Part II” panel, in which the speakers will discuss proposals to establish a multilateral investment court and the French courts’ take on intra-EU objections.

The two-day event will explore the fundamental research question of what, if any, is the role of the European Union in shaping the existing investment arbitration paradigm. This will enable fundamental conclusions as to the role of the EU in global economic governance, and the relevance of the EU as a global actor.

The panel will take place on Thursday 6 October from 5:00 to 6:30pm BST at King’s College London’s Council Room on the Strand Campus.
