Three Crowns was delighted to host Professor Pierre Tercier and students of the Geneva LL.M. in the International Dispute Settlement (MIDS programme) at the Paris office on Tuesday 30 November as part of their course on the advantages, disadvantages, and specificities of ICC arbitration.
Georgios Petrochilos QC led an introduction to the firm and Ryan Manton, Carmelo Rustico, Paul Lefeuvre, and Etienne Vimal du Monteil presented on a variety of topics, including pleadings, interim belief, document production, and hearings.
Three Crowns has a proud association with the programme and established The Jan Paulsson Scholarship, which offers substantial financial assistant to a promising LL.M. applicant at the Geneva Center for International Dispute Settlement. The inaugural recipient in 2021 was Efemena Iluezi-Ogbaudu, a recent graduate of the Nigerian Law School.
