Agustin G. Sanz to speak at IX IPA’s International Investment Arbitration Seminar

Agustin G. Sanz will be speaking on the public order and social interest in investment arbitration panel session at the Peruvian Institute of Arbitration (IPA)’s International Investment Arbitration Seminar.

The aim of the event is to promote and disseminate arbitration as an efficient and effective mechanism for the resolution of disputes. Topics include bilateral investment agreements and free trade agreements, regulatory principles, differences between investment and commercial arbitration procedures, third party funding, annulments of awards, and the mitigation of damages.

The seminar, which will be in Spanish, will take place virtually over three days from Wednesday 22 to Friday 24 September and this session will be on Friday 24 September from 9:00 to 10:20am PET (-4 BST).

ABOUT AGUSTIN G. SANZ

Agustin is counsel in the Washington, DC office.
