Ridhi Kabra, an associate at Three Crowns, will deliver a lecture on “Class and Mass Claims in International Arbitration” as part of the CUArb/LCIL Lecture Series – Lent term. The lecture, organised by the Cambridge Arbitration Society and the Lauterpacht Centre for International Law, will take place on 3 March at 5:30 – 6:30 pm GMT. Ridhi will discuss recent decisions in which tribunals have exercised jurisdiction over “mass” or “multiparty” arbitrations, and examine whether such arbitrations ought to raise questions of jurisdiction or admissibility.
