Kimberly Larkin, an associate at Three Crowns, was recognised as a Rising Star by the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution (CPR) during their Annual Meeting 2021. Kimberly received the award in light of her contributions to alternative dispute resolution. Kimberly, an associate in the Washington, DC office of Three Crowns, represents clients in international commercial and investment arbitrations across a variety of sectors, including the technology, energy, mining and natural resources, and financial services industries.
Kimberly also regularly advises States and international non-governmental organisations on public international law issues, building on her prior experience at the Office of the Legal Adviser at the U.S. State Department. She also maintains an active pro bono practice focused on human rights advocacy before U.S. courts and administrative agencies.
Kimberly holds a JD from Stanford Law School, an MA from the Université Libre de Bruxelles, and a BA from Davidson College.
