Three Crowns associate Nicola Peart, recently spoke at the International Association of Young Lawyers 11th Annual Arbitration Conference, which was themed “Towards Greater Efficiency in International Arbitration”. Nicola’s panel focused on how the allocation of costs, the categories of recoverable costs and sealed settlement offers affect the efficiency of international arbitration. The conference took place from 27-29 June 2019 in Zurich, Switzerland.
